Job Description:
Join SSM Health as a full-time RN-Clinic Phone Nurse and

telephonic care and support to our patients. As a cornerstone of a
leading, faith-based, fully integrated healthcare provider serving
the Midwest, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and
addressing patient concerns over the phone, coordinating patient
care, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and
healthcare providers. Handle patient calls and provide clinical
advice using established protocols Document all patient
interactions in medical records Coordinate care with physicians,
other nurses, and healthcare staff Educate patients about treatment
plans and home care packages Follow-up with patients as necessary
Adhere to patient confidentiality agreements and maintain all HIPAA
standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong
clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to multitask
and prioritize Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR)
software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment BLS/CPR
certification
