RN NOC Shift Supervisor Shift: 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM Every Other

DESCRIPTIONS Requirements: •Under the supervision of the Director
of Nursing, the Nurse Manager assumes delegated responsibility and
accountability for the provision of resident care according to
professional standards of nursing practice in compliance with state
and federal law and regulations. Implement nursing policies and
procedures that reflect the facility's mission and philosophy.
Conducts education, infection control, quality assurance, and
admission screening functions assigned. Utilizes resources in an
efficient and economic manner to ensure that each resident achieves
the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial
well-being. We do what we commit to – we are responsible and
accountable We are proactive about addressing and correcting
problems and mistakes. We take responsibility for our mistakes. We
figure out what happened, then we can find the “why” and prevent it
in the future. We do not dwell on mistakes – it is only important

organization. Qualifications: •Current, active license as RN
(Registered Nurse) • Experience in long-term care nursing •
Knowledgeable of issues related to the supervision of staff •
Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to skilled
nursing facilities • Proficient in the use of computer software
relevant to the job. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability
to follow through on projects Competitive starting wage and full
