(Travel Nurse, RN travel contract) - Duration: 13 weeks - Shift:
12-hour nights (3 shifts/week; 36 hours/week) - Openings: 2 RN
positions - Start Date: ASAP - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 -
$2010 per week Qualifications / Job Requirements - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact licenses accepted where
applicable) - BLS Certification (required prior to first shift) -
ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift) - Minimum 1 year
of bedside clinical experience (2 years highly desired) -
Experience in LTAC, long-term acute care, or similar acute care
settings preferred Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality patient
care by following individualized LTAC nursing care plans - Perform
comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient
admission - Document assessments, interventions, and patient
responses accurately and in a timely manner - Identify teaching
needs and goals for patients and families; provide patient and
family education - Participate in rehabilitation programs and
interdisciplinary discharge planning - Supervise Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientee
staff - Provide direction, training, and supervision to ancillary
nursing personnel - Communicate patient status changes to the care
team to ensure continuity of care - Promote patient and employee
safety in accordance with facility policies - Assume charge nurse
responsibilities as requested following orientation - Engage in
professional development and continuing education to maintain
