Job Description:

role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 3
months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required after
submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units •
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles
from facility to be submitted. • No current placement allowed at
Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health. Pre-employment
modules may be required for this role. Please upload any

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Required
Skills/Experience: DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, GE Elite C-Arm, O-Arm
Shift & Scheduling: (2) 8-Hour PM Shifts (2) 12-Hour Night Shifts:
1830-0700 Weekend Requirements: As Needed to Cover Time Off 7 days
maximum time off 1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor
reference type) - required for submission Driver’s license required
