How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. - Ensure exceptional patient safety and readiness for complex procedures, including the critical administration of conscious sedation and continuous hemodynamic monitoring. - Execute or actively support diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures, contributing directly to successful patient diagnosis and treatment outcomes. - Collaborate with the physician and multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and communicate personalized patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the process. - Document the complete patient care journey—from assessment to post-procedure—to maintain accurate, high-quality electronic records and facilitate continuity of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
