Physical Therapist Location: Harvey, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,464 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required License: Must have an Illinois RN, LPN/LVN, or CNA license in hand Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Level 1 Trauma experience required Description: Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services. Manage patient care for adults, with a daily census of 8-14 therapists. Utilize various therapeutic modalities and interventions. Assist patients with mobility and pain management issues. Evaluate patient conditions, formulate care plans, and set goals. Implement interventions to promote health and functionality. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and preventive measures. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Ensure adherence to safety and procedural protocols. Adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback. Facilitate patient independence through home exercise programs. Conduct patient assessments and reassessments regularly. Utilize assistive devices as necessary for patient support. Familiarity with charting systems is required.
