Efficiency and satisfaction during these processes are a critical part of a safe and positive patient experience. The goal is to streamline the admission and discharge process through the admission and discharge nurse role. At Ascension All Saints Hospital, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of our organization.
