A leader in early education is looking for a recruiter to join the
team. This role will be responsible for staffing open requisitions
across multiple sites. These roles consist of education positions
as well as operational roles. This role will work with multiple
hiring managers across the organization to hire and onboard new
employees for new centers open in August and September.
Must Haves:
Ability to work with multiple hiring managers on high-volume
recruiting
3+ years experience handling high volume recruiting, utilizing an
ATS
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree
Workday experience
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and/or CEBS
