CNC Programmer/Shop Supervisor A long-established machining shop in Racine, WI is looking for a CNC Programmer/Shop Supervisor to join them on the 1st shift. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity, dont miss out! Requirements of the CNC Programmer/Shop Supervisor Ability to lead and use your teams experience, knowledge, skills, and creativity to tackle challenging and interesting jobs Previous experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist and as a Supervisor Analyze work problems and recommend solutions and/or disciplinary action Must be able to read prints and have excellent math skills including trigonometry Knowledge of CAM and Solidworks software Benefits of the CNC Programmer/Shop Supervisor Health Dental Life 401k Paid Holidays and Birthdays Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer/Shop Supervisor Lead your team of machinists in the shop to maximize productivity, efficiency, and safety Set-up, program (including 5 axis work), and operate one or more CNC pieces of equipment including vertical and horizontal machining centers and lathes Analyze drawings, solid models, and sketches to determine dimensions and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, machine speeds and feed rates according to shop processes, customer specifications, and machine capabilities Schedule is Full Time, DIRECT HIRE Salary is $56,000 - $66,560 a year, depending on experience
