The Technical Training Inventory Specialist will maintain the company inventory for all CNH Industrial's North American AG Service/Technical Training. This person will provide reporting on inventory, complete periodic physical inventory inspections and coordinae logistical operations across our 5 training centers and remote training locations. This person will communicate with various stakeholders to identify training aid needs to achieve technical training objectives. Technical training has over 300 pieces of agricultural equipment in inventory across 7 North American locations and this equipment is used during our face-to-face technical training courses as training aids during hands-on training events. This Technical Training group supports each of the off-highway business segments: Agricultural, Precision, and off-highway Engines.



























Responsibilities

• Review equipment needs for Annual Course Schedules posted for Technical Training. (Classes are scheduled at one of several training locations and each course requires a unique set of equipment)
• Schedule equipment to be in inventory, in transit, setup, in class, tare down and ready for logistics - this individual will account for transit times, set up times and instructor availability for setup.
• Request equipment shipments from training centers to other training centers, corporate events and back to the next location in need.
• Responsible for working with CNH Industrial's order management team to order the equipment needed for training at each of our training centers.
• Will maintain a continuous replacement order for all equipment to reduce the inventory from aging.
• Every product line has various options that are factory fit options that our trainers train our dealer network on how to repair - this role is responsible for ordering a mix of machinery that cover all options.
• Responsible for assigning quarterly Physical Inventory Audits from all of our training centers and two of our partner technical schools.
• Responsible to ensure our equipment isn't aging past 1 year and never more than 200 hours of usage. The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $90,000 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)   • Bachelor's degree with at least two (2) years of experience in planning and shipping operations; or
  • Associate degree with at least four (4) years of experience outlined above; or
  • High School Diploma with at least six (6) years of experience outlined above
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Logistics
  • At least two (2) years of experience with scheduling The preferred candidate will have:
    • Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Agriculture, Business or Logistics
    • Experience with dealership support and service department activities, especially maintenance and repair of agriculture equipment
    • Experience analyzing statistics
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
