Job Description:
A business services company has a current position open for a
Remote Computer Hardware Technical Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Make attempts to resolve issues and deescalate issues of irate or
dissatisfied clients
Respond to requests and calls from customers related to client
specific programs and products
Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Customer service experience
Phone related customer service skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
applications
