We are currently seeking a Full time Registered Dietitian to join our Neenah, Wisconsin PHP/IOP program. The dietitian must have the ability to work in difficult client situations to oversee the nutritional rehabilitation of clients. Dietitians must be able to supervise meal groups and possess knowledge of appropriate nutrition for clients struggling with eating disorders. They must have the ability to work as part of a treatment team and possess knowledge of mental health issues that relate to disordered eating. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to set firm boundaries with clients. Evolve believes that all foods fit & takes a HAES approach with all clients.The schedule will be Monday-Friday full-time 40hrs per week 9-5pm 3 days week/10-6pm 2 days a week.Requirements:B.S. in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related fieldRegistered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association in the state of WisconsinPreferred: 2 years of experience providing nutritional counseling for clients with eating disorders in an inpatient or outpatient settingResponsibilities:Conduct initial nutritional intakes and nutritional orientation for new clients.Conduct weekly individual nutritional counseling sessions with clients in the program.Conduct supervised meal groups, ensuring that clients complete their required meal and providing meal/nutritional support.Conduct weekly nutritional education group.Attend weekly staff meetings and collaborate with staff about client care.Create client meal plans and monitor nutritional intake.Advantages:Relocation assistance availablePTOMedical, Dental, and VisionEAP CounselingAnnual CEU moneyPaid holidays.About Evolve Healing:Evolve Healing offers Partial Hospitalization PHP, Intensive Outpatient IOP, Outpatient services & soon to be Residential to adults & adolescents who are struggling with an eating disorder.
