log on to Job description: --- Acts as Technical Lead and Assembly
EXPERT supporting the plants in the region developing and
implementing best practices in manufacturing operations --- Assist
plants and facilities in the selection and installation of new
capital equipment. --- Evaluate current plant process to determine
cost effective solutions for increased productivity and maintenance
such as retrofit, replacement or addition of new equipment/tools.
--- Present assembly solutions to the executive management for
concept consideration and approval. --- Evaluate and build upon
requests from the plants and then act as the technical liaison and
advisor while working with the purchasing department. --- Prepare
and defend a technical analysis of requirements of machines/systems
for comparison of several suppliers and advise and assist in
selection of the suppliers and capital equipment. --- Develop and
document standards (a standard book) that will be used as a
reference for all the Assembly processes. --- Establish the best
practices and guide standard utilization throughout CNH
Manufacturing for productivity, quality control and operator
utilization. --- Lead Users group sharing assembly expertise and
best practices --- Provide Technical expertise and leadership for
the timely resolution of Assembly process concerns. Serve as a
resource for cause /effect analysis, investigations, statistical
studies and corrective action planning.
