Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their
Financial Services Litigation Group.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in consumer financial services litigation from
inception to resolution
Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for trial
Work independently while gaining subject matter familiarity and
litigation skills
Required Qualifications
3+ years of commercial litigation experience
Experience in drafting pleadings and trial preparation
PA and NJ bar admissions preferred
Consumer finance litigation experience is a plus
