Company Driver | Dry Bulk Location: Gary, IN Company: Schneider Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Tanker truck driver Average pay: $980-$1,490 weekly Home time: Every other week Experience: All CDL holders Overview Haul 75% non-hazardous freight in tanker trailers. Get home for three days every other weekend. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay. Earn up to $0.03 more per mile by obtaining additional CDL certifications. $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Tanker and HazMat endorsements required at time of hire. TWIC card preferred — required to start process within 60 days of hire. Live within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN or 150 miles of Chicago, IL.
