As a Warehouse Associate , you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Romeoville warehouse facility. You will be responsible for picking and packing items for shipment, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting inbound and outbound logistics. You will help ensure accuracy in inventory counts and work to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. You’re a versatile team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in organization and operational precision. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate with full-time availability. This position is located on-site in Romeoville, Illinois . What You'll Do: Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines Follow established workflows and operational protocols to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads What You’ll Bring to the Team: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality control Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Willingness to learn and take direction, with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Long periods of standing, must be able to bend at the waist and knee, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain We've Got You Covered: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance OneMedical membership Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA 401(k) with company match Flexible PTO Wellbeing Learning & Growth reimbursements Paid parental leave Fertility benefits Pet insurance Student loan refinancing Virtual resources for mindfulness, counseling, and fitness The hourly rate for new hires in this position ranges from $19 to $21/hour, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
