Shift : Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm with occasional overtime
including weekends The Role: What You'll Do As a Warehouse
Supervisor, you will be a key leader in our operations, driving the
success of our daily warehouse activities. You will manage a team
and optimize workflows to achieve and exceed key performance
indicators (KPIs). This is a hands-on role for a motivated,
detail-oriented leader who can inspire a team and improve
processes. Your core responsibilities will include: Team
Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse
associates, fostering a positive, high-performing, and safe work
environment. Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations,
ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while meeting safety,
quality, and productivity targets. Performance Management: Monitor,
analyze, and report on key metrics and performance, identifying
opportunities to streamline processes and drive continuous
improvement. Inventory Control: Maintain high inventory accuracy by
overseeing counts, managing data, and ensuring standard operating
procedures (SOPs) are followed. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure
top-tier service by focusing on inventory accuracy and efficient
handling, which directly impacts our customers. Safety and
Compliance: Enforce all federal, state, and local safety
regulations, ensuring a secure and organized working environment.
What You Bring Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory
experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing
environment. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and
conflict resolution skills. Technical Proficiency: Ability to work
with multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word
and Excel), and experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
is a plus. Certifications: High School Diploma or GED is required.
Flexibility: Availability for rotating shifts, including holidays,
nights, and weekends, to meet customer needs. Preferred
Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply
Chain Management, or a related field. Industry Knowledge:
Experience with Lean or 5S concepts. Compensation and Benefits
