Job Description Job Description Located in Kenosha, WI Salary: $26.00 Able to operate CNC Laser Machine Hours 1:30pm -12:00am Set up and operate Mazak laser cutting machines to cut metal parts per work orders, drawings, and specifications Load and unload raw materials and finished parts using cranes, hoists, or material handling equipment as needed Review job travelers, blueprints, and nesting programs to ensure correct material, dimensions, and tolerances Monitor machine operation, adjusting settings as required to maintain quality and efficiency Perform basic machine troubleshooting and notify maintenance of equipment issues Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and defects; perform minor deburring as needed Maintain proper documentation, part counts, and production records Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements Keep work area clean and organized; perform daily machine and area housekeeping Ensure all work meets IEA quality, ISO, and Six Sigma standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals 2069WI Express Office: Racine 1300 South Green Bay Road Suite 200 Racine, WI 53406
