Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Operator - 2nd Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator for the 2nd Shift to skillfully use hand tools and machinery in assembling circuit boards and sub-assemblies. The role involves the use of screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, as well as production machinery for printing solder paste. Quality checks on assembled products will be a routine part of the job. Candidates will also need to utilize computers to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly process, requiring familiarity with basic computer operations. Responsibilities Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery. Perform quality checks on assembled products. Operate production machinery for printing on solder paste and smaller components. Use computers to access step-by-step instructions and log into multiple programs as needed. Essential Skills Experience in production and computer operations. Proficiency with hand tools and basic soldering techniques. Ability to follow assembly instructions and perform quality checks. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1 year of assembly experience preferred. 1-2 years of soldering experience preferred for higher starting pay. Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial. Background in customer service is advantageous. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
