Job Description Job Description Exhibit Production & Finishing Manager Title: Exhibit Production & Finishing Manager Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 KPI Bonus Founded in the early 2000s we are a 600 employee large format graphics, exhibit systems, display hardware & event/retail visual communications manufacturer with multiple US locations. We support a wide range of customers including exhibit houses, event production companies, retail brands, marketing agencies & trade show partners. With continued growth in print capacity, new product lines, and expanded production capabilities our organization is strengthening its leadership team to support rising demand and faster turnaround expectations. For this Exhibit Production & Finishing Manager you will oversee the teams responsible for small format exhibit setup, banner finishing & graphics packing by ensuring quality, accuracy, and on time delivery across all outgoing exhibit kits and display products. What You Will Be Doing Lead & manage two supervisors and roughly 15 indirect team members across exhibit setup, banner finishing & graphics packing operations Ensure all exhibit kits, banner stands & small format displays are properly assembled, test fit, quality checked, photographed & packed according to order specifications Drive process improvements, reduce waste & support lean/5S initiatives across all finishing and packing areas Maintain production schedules, hit hourly UPLH goals & ensure all shipping, trucking & internal department deadlines are met What You Need for this Position 3 years of leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, exhibit, or finishing environment Experience supervising teams of 10 employees (direct/indirect), including coaching, accountability & performance management Strong organizational skills w/ ability to manage schedules, deadlines & multiple workstreams Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & comfort using ERP / production tracking systems Experience in exhibit setup, graphics finishing, print production, or trade show environments is ideal What's In It for You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
