Travel to and from site to pick up/drop off laptop may be requiredKey functions:Assist creative agencies with uploading files to the system and providing metadata.Review inbound metadata for completeness and accuracy.Perform site maintenance for data integrity.Provide training and assistance to end-users.Monitor the system for technical problems and work with BPT to resolve if needed.Suggest ways to streamline processes or improve the system.Key attributes:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Be able to adapt quickly to frequently shifting priorities.Excellent organization and time management skills are critical.Must work well in a team environment and be comfortable sharing responsibilities and authority with others.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
