- 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Fridays - 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00
am to noon
Summary: This Medical Assistant is an
essential relationship role for three large employer clients
(Racine Unified School District, City of Racine and Racine
County) and will allow this associate to build great rapport
with a dedicated patient group by not only addressing acute care
needs but also proactively helping employees and their family
members with wellness. In this role, you would be part of
a dynamic team providing excellence in care comprised of other
Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Health Coaches as
well as additional roles which are likely to be added in time.
You will be an important team member in a high volume clinic
setting that allows for variety in job duties to include
rooming patients, point of care testing, drug
testing/pre-employment, front desk scheduling, checking in and
general support of two NP providers. The clinic would
likely see between 20 - 25 patients each day. A Medical Assistant
with excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
someone with very strong interpersonal skills is integral to the
operation of this clinic. Work week is 40 hours and hours
are rotated with two other MAs in the clinic.

of patients under the direction of a physician.
What You Will Need:
- Assist with treatments ordered by physician as supervised by
physician or registered nurse. Perform select clinical duties.
- Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information
on patients' charts. Prepare treatment rooms for examination of

- Perform basic materials management functions to include
ordering and stocking of supplies. Assist with maintaining a clean

Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job
transfer date required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Strongly prefer experienced medical
assistant able to work in a fast paced work environment; flexible,
adaptable, competent, dependable.
