Job Description:

FAST is a Distributor of high performance tapes used in a multitude of applications, and markets such as Framing, Signs, Architecture pannels and Awards. We are seeking an experienced Converting Machine Operator for our Franksville, WI location.

Utilize your printing or machine operating background to ensure the tape converting machines are running properly. Use your ability to read measurement devices such as rulers or calipers to ensure correct product specifications. Be flexible learning new skills outside of your regular responsibilities.

We require:

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 years equivalent work experience

Have the ability to learn the operation of the converting equipment.

Understand the concepts of LEAN manufacturing

Strong understanding of basic math skills

Have excellent communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Be a forward-thinking person that looks for improvements.

Have a good personality and team working skills.

Company Benefits:
