**Here are some things we are looking for in candidates**

- Prior Client/Product Support experience
- Prior Financial background strongly preferred but not required
- SQL experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Suited to an experienced candidate with high-level problem-solving expertise in either software support or other technical role
- Strong ability to find solutions
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and take responsibility for your own development
- Ability to confidentially work with high touch key clients
- Hold a strong sense of ownership and focus on delivering high-quality results
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
