This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesOversee analytics initiatives for assessing Uline's workforce strategy including staffing, recruitment, retention, financial budgeting, employee activity, etc.Manage, train and develop workforce planning team and projects.Collaborate with management to identify areas for assessment, reporting and / or automation to facilitate informed business decisions.Handle advanced position management inquiries and issues in Workday.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.5+ years of analytics or human resources experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
