Job Description:

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing the day to day operations of Rite-Hite's assigned distribution systems (CRM, service systems, applications, etc.) after the implementation is complete. These responsibilities will include the support of the current and future applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Training, Troubleshooting and Testing

To provide administration and support to sales user groups on effective use of the current and future tools, systems and applications and associated processes.

To prepare training content and support for technologies and related Distribution Development initiatives.

To compile and define enhancement requests related to assigned systems and applications, and to perform the testing of the desired enhancements in partnership with the Information Technology Programming Staff.

Support Arbon Equipment, Independent and International Reps with setup, product support documents, product descriptions, and configurations of assigned systems and applications.

Troubleshoot bugs, errors or questions related to the assigned systems and applications, and test fixes if required.

Rite-Hite Sales Mobile App Support

Help train new and existing systems and apps created for the sales field by distribution, marketing or operating companies.

Troubleshoot bugs/errors and answer questions related to Rite-Hite Distribution applications and systems.

Data analysis and support for current and future sales technology and lead management programs such as Dodge, Zoom Info, and other Rite-Hite apps.

Provide sales and/or marketing teams with appropriate data to effectively analyze sales and market performance.

Analyze data to determine whether system or application is being used, whether users need additional training, whether the setup needs to be changed or whether application should no longer be utilized.

Assist and support the Operating Companies with the maintenance and updates to proposal blurb templates, product descriptions and proposal support documents.

Perform other support and admin for the Distribution Technology Manager and Distribution or Marketing Leadership as needed or requested

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Coordinate, support and train on current and future systems and applications to maximize the efficiency of the salespeople and support the Distribution Development goals.

Required Experience:

The incumbent must have a four year degree along with three years of prior related experience, or equivalent. This position requires excellent project management skills, effective critical thinking skills, public speaking skills, presentation skills and previous experience working within a sales organization. The incumbent must have strong computer / technology skills as well as a passion and willingness to help others be successful. A thorough understanding of the Rite-Hite sales and marketing process, the Rite-Hite order fulfillment process, EnterpriseOne and the Representative Administrative and service process is optimal for this position.
