**$250 SIGN ON BONUS!!**We are looking for fun-loving and caring individuals to join our team to mentor and provide support for individuals with Autism in the Madison, WI area. No experience is required! We offer paid training!Why join the ACT Team?Be a part of something awesome!Make a difference in the life of a child and their family!Join a company that values YOU!A+ company culture!Position Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma, access to a vehicleExcellent communication skills, compassionate, patient and enjoy working with children and young adultsMust be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, run and lift up to 50lbsPosition Details:You will engage and play with clients while following a therapy program which will be developed for youYou will work 1:1 with clients in their home or community setting. Sessions usually run 2-4 hours longShifts available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm as well as weekendsBenefits:$3/hour pay increase for weekend hours$250 Sign On Bonus payable upon satisfactory completion of 90 day probationary period and all trainingFlexible schedules based on when you want to work.
