Our mission is to improve life by delivering excellence in health, fitness, and wellness management.We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help our organization solve business problems using the Salesforce Platform. You will build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, delivering actionable analytics, and assisting in developing roadmap for future use of the Salesforce Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be certified and have 5 + years' experience working as a Salesforce Admin. Experience with Pardot and Marketing Cloud a plus.The Salesforce Admin will serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for Salesforce.Com and multiple related sales / marketing / expense / analytical tools in support of our 100+ users, across our Sales, Marketing and Medical Integration teams and across our 30 fitness center locations.Essential Duties / Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Implement / administer / maintain changes to Salesforce.Com and related tools (e.G., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot; etc.) Improve business productivity, efficiency, and performance through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements Demonstrated successful transition and implementation of workflows and policies Experience transforming data into executive-level dashboards and reports that can be utilized to make business decisions Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools Troubleshoot problems and implement suitable solutions in a timely manner Assist Sales and Marketing with data development / management / governance for lead generation and marketing campaign activities Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for all operational aspects of Salesforce projects Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets Regularly perform a Salesforce Health Check and implement field-level security with a least privilege access mindset Ensure that Salesforce implementation adheres to corporate security standards, complete regular internal system audits, and prepare for system upgrades Evaluate new Salesforce.Com releases and apps, participate in plans for their implementation, and remain current with Salesforce administration best practices Participate in the design of project plans for Salesforce.Com solutions to meet business needs Work with the divisional Operations area to define parameters / key metrics to drive sales behavior through data, dashboards, and activity reporting Analyze and optimize sales and marketing workflows, suggesting ideas for platform design and setup Train the Power Wellness user base on their roles / responsibilities in Salesforce.Com and related tools and enhancements, ensuring each user adheres to those requirements Initiate ideas for training and how to improve adoption Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce.Com and other sales tools for Power Wellness and maintain a proper level of expertise in such tools through on-going training / classes / etc.Personal Attributes: Extreme organizational and planning skills, detail oriented, and self-motivated Collaborative with team members and employees in all departments Outstanding written and verbal skills Motivated and possesses the ability to work independently with little or no supervision Strong attention to detail Thrives in a fast-moving work environmentQualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science or other related field preferred 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce.Com Salesforce.Com administrator certification (advanced administrator certificate preferred) Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal staff and third-party vendors Familiarity with analytics and/or database management with the ability to develop meaningful reports Detail-oriented and able to stay on task and keep others on task, as ne Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answers Strong oral communication skills, willingness to acknowledge inquiries and be responsive/proactive with current project requests and status Expertise in data integration and data management methods and tools Ability to successfully communicate with both technical and executives, garner senior-level support and respect with knowledge of the organizational culture, sales and marketing processes, in-depth knowledge of CRM strategy and systems Ability to interact w/business users and translate business needs into solutions Experience with Saleforce.Com Marketing Automation tools e.G., Marketing Cloud and Pardot not required, but preferred B2B and B2C combined experience a plus Experience in the fitness industry definite plus!Tools: Salesforce.Com Office 365 Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or any similar marketing automation tool) Pardot (or any similar marketing automation tool) Tableau (or any similar reporting tool)We Improve Life By Delivering Excellence In Health, Fitness & Wellness Management.Integrity * Excellence * Humanity * Passion * Creativity * Humility
