FurstStaffing is hiring a Bilingual Patient Registration Professional in Darlington, WI.Hours: Monday Friday, 8am-4:30pmPay Rate: $16-$19 based on experienceJob Summary: Greet patients, assists, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. Responsible for basic administrative and office support. Assist the dentist(s), hygienist(s) and behavioral healthcare providers with clinical procedures.Job Functions:* Welcomes, monitors visitor access and directs patients in a prompt and courteous manner.* Assist patients with getting into the therapy/psychiatric services appointments as needed.* Maintains scheduling system and follows office scheduling procedures.* Answers incoming calls, makes calls as needed, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.* Assist dentists in providing direct patient care, including tending to patient comfort, including, examinations, restorations, endodontics, oral surgery, and fixed and removable prosthetics.* Accepts and records patient payments and obtain any 3rd party billing information such as Medicaid and private insurance. Provides necessary receipts.* Ability to identify and maintain confidential/HIPPA information.* Assure operations are disinfected and instruments are sterilized according to current CDC and OSHA guidelines.Job Requirements:* Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.* High School Diploma or GED required.* COVID vaccination required.* Medical Secretary/Medical Administrative Specialist preferred.* Medical/dental/behavioral health terminology preferred.* 1-3 years of clerical or secretarial experience in a healthcare setting with strong medical/dental/ behavioral health vocabulary preferred.* Friendly, outgoing, good mannered, multi-tasker.If you are interested in this position, please apply here or call/text FurstStaffing a 608-605-6118.#FSG
