Job Description:
A nonprofit healthcare organization has an open position for a
Remote Patient Registration and Scheduling Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling appointments for services within residential and
outpatient settings
Completing the Registration and Pre-Registration process for
patients
Actively participating in creating and implementing improvements to
achieve patient satisfaction
Skills and Requirements Include:
High School Degree or equivalent
2 or more years working in customer service in a healthcare
setting
Knowledge of basic Microsoft office programs and 10-key skills,
including data entry
Must have ability to multi-task between several computer
systems
