The HRIS SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist plays a critical role in developing and executing CNHI's SuccessFactors EC implementation plan. This role is responsible for ensuring proper design, configuration, and documentation of system and processes. The HRIS SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist uses system knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps, and opportunities to convert that knowledge into an effective implementation, ensures the implementation delivers a consistent high level of quality, minimizing bugs and inefficiencies, and effectively collaborates with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be near a corporate office of Raine, WI, Burr Ridge, IL or New Holland, PA. This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!


  • Maintain functional knowledge of SF EC processes and SF platform, as well as how data is used and integrated across talent, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and other areas of HRIS to understand integration points and system dependencies
  • Perform EC employee data loads/ imports to support mass changes to EC portlets and objects
  • Analyze SuccessFactors releases suggesting points of improvement identifying system enhancements, document business needs, and determine development impact to current system processing
  • Execute system enhancements intake process, planning, testing, documentation, and implementation
  • Conduct meetings and collaborate with business, IT and vendors
  • Provide user training and support to the HR Admin
  • Help to establish KPIs, monitor the result and suggest way of improvement


    • 5+ years of experience in an HRIS role including application development and/or solution development/delivery
    • Bachelor's degree required in IT, Business, Human Resources Management or similar
    • Previous experience managing configurations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, other SuccessFactors modulesThe preferred candidate will have:
      • Ability to analyze extensive and complex ranges of data, information, processes and, system solutions to produce effective and efficient business solutions
      • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, design process flows and draw valid conclusions
      • Strong knowledge of the hire to retire processes, other HR process knowledge are a plus as well
      • Experience working in a global organization and in a cross-organizational environment
      • Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
