100% FTE, 3 12 hour night shifts with flex for office hours each week. Incidental 8 hour days for education, training, and outreach. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. UW Organ and Tissue Donation ranks #1 in the United States for overall organ utilization.We are seeking an Organ Procurement Coordinator to:Join a highly effective clinical team that rises to challenges, remains calm under pressure, and works together to support the mission to save lives.Join an innovative critical care team and contribute to expertise in the medical management of organ donor patients of all ages.Maximize organ utilization in organ donation applying advanced practice in critical care.Respectfully and competently communicate, coordinate and collaborate with colleagues and donor service area partners.Participate in quality improvement.
