The Electrification Specialist position will support Construction Equipment electric vehicles across the organization including keeping information flowing seamlessly between functional areas, customers, and leadership partners while chipping in to future development and support. The position will actively be responsible for the deployment of support strategies, product needs, quality, and identify new support strategies for electric vehicle technologies.














Responsibilities

• Support commercial brand activities and portfolio's on new development of products.
• Provide direction for product and customer support processes specific to electric vehicles.
• Collect customer feedback to provide direction to engineering, product support, and commercial brand activities.
• Responsible to set up and lead Scorecard & periodic management reports.
  The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $127,000 annually.

  Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's DegreeOR
  * Associate Degree with 3+ years of technical experience with mobile equipmentOR
  *High School Diploma with 5+ years of technical experience with mobile equipment Preferred Qualifications * 3+ years of mechanical experience
  * 3+ years of experience with vehicle electrification
