8+ years of hands-on experience working on Genesys pure Engage.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Genesys Framework , Eservices, VOIP routing multisite.
Genesys Composer Routing
Genesys Reporting(GXCI)
Genesys WFM(Forecast Scheduling)
Genesys Recording (Screen and Voice)
Genesys Workspace Edition
Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service
Experience in Agile software development and SCRUM methodology.
Strong understanding of Cloud concepts - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
SQL database concepts

Roles & Responsibilities:
Developing Workflows
Application Upgrades
Providing Architecture Solutions and Design changes

Education:

B.E / B.Tech/ MS
