and build, a better world. The National Accounts Support Specialist
will provide technical support to national accounts technicians,
coordinate/conduct maintenance training, coordinate campaign
notifications, support warranty questions, and provide support for
parts concerns.Take responsibility for the fast resolution of
technical issues involving Technical, and when required Part
Support teams to minimize machine downtime.Organize training events
to provide maintenance and diagnostic knowledge to national
accounts technicians.Organize and communicate product improvement
programs with the national accounts and local dealers to complete
updates quickly.Asist National Accounts in warranty system training
and support of complex claims.Provide technical knowledge to find
solutions to parts opportunities such as parts substitutions.Asist
new national accounts with establishing access to CNH systems such
as labor rate updates and warranty claims tracking and
management.Responsible to ensure dealer compliance with company
warranty policies.Be the first line responsible for policy goodwill
decisions in line with CNH Delegation of Authority (DOA)
guidelines. Provide to market Product & Customer Support Director,
high quality information that can be used during monthly "Top
Issue" meetings.Participate in current and new product launch
training material creation to ensure that technical training
activities are appropriate with dealer knowledge challenges. The
salary range for this position is $88,000 - $127,000
annually.(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various
factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
