Job SummaryAbout the Position: This position supervises Regional Operations Chief (ROC) Cell staff and Systems Technical Representatives (STRs) within the region. Has delegated authority for planning, coordinating, and directing technical assistance services and support for CECOM and the Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) within a geographic region. Job Description

• Manages the execution of technical assistance activities.
• Manages the Logistics Assistance Representatives assigned to the Logistics Assistance Program (LAP) within a geographic region.
• Monitors the workload of Logistics Assistance Representatives, Field Service Representatives, Field Software Engineers, and other technical personnel providing technical assistance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 level in the Federal service which includes work such as 1) Serve as a Team Lead, assisting in the monitoring of the workload of technical personnel; 2) Assist in developing worldwide sustainment strategies by providing region specific input; and 3) Develop manpower requirements. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Communications Leadership
