Dealer Mergers & Acquisition Lead

Mentoring and facilitating key dealership merger, acquisition and evolution actionsCounsel all region dealers and company staff on Consolidations and Merger/Acquisitions concepts and actionsWorking with assigned key consolidators as assigned by region to complete actions as defined in the strategy.Identifying sources for investment capital and applying such resources to drive accelerated dealer network consolidation actions.Implement the Brand's strategic distribution plans in key markets that require stronger brand representation through sustainable dealer business organizations.Provide business and financial modeling and analysis for markets that require improved market representation and brand performance.Develop new sources of business capital investment, owner groups and partnerships in key markets to strengthen the Brand's distribution coverage. Provide strategic analysis and guidance to the Company and business owners for dealership market coverage, location and physical infrastructure placement.













Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Agricultural Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or business development including finance, capital management, private equity, long range geographical coverage analysis, or property and asset management. Successful track record of developing key relationships that impacted business mergers, acquisitions and distribution expansion.
