Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide non-clinical support to the utilization management team for
pre-service authorization requests
Document and validate service benefits and carve out notices in
compliance with regulations
Act as a resource for coordinators and staff, resolving issues and
responding to requests effectively
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience in Utilization Management and benefit eligibility
verification
Proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs, including
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of medical terminology
