Please submit resumes to pjhala(at)divihn(dot)com or call Pratichi at (630) 847 0267 with any questions.Title: Procurement Operations Lead AnalystDuration: This role is a 2-year contracted commitment.Location: Racine, WI (Position will start remote, but will be expected to be onsite upon re-opening)Summary:This role is responsible for supporting and executing the North America Large Liquid Bottle Strategy Implementation for both Direct Material and Contract Manufacturing capacities. The candidate will serve as the Procurement Operations lead analyst within a 2-year sourcing move project involving high complexity on product assortment, supplier matrix, workstreams, and stakeholder communication. The sourcing strategy spans brands, suppliers, and product types within the North America business, which makes this position critical to continuing our service to our customers and supporting the client's profitability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The role will serve as the North America Procurement Operations lead for both Direct Materials (components) and Contract Manufacturing locations.Candidate will manage several incumbent and new suppliers, serving as the main interface for communication between the client and supplier on procurement operations work, working directly with the project manager, supplier, and multiple cross-functional teams.Candidate will lead partnership with supply chain teams, including planning, mold asset management, quality, RDandE to ensure launch dates are met and project tasks are completed from a procurement lens.Candidate will support inventory strategy to support the client's NA sales plans during sourcing moves, in partnership with supply chain (planning, logistics, etc.), ensuring maximum profit and sales support, with minimum obsolescence/waste.Candidate will support technical testing completed by the quality and RDandE partners over the course of the project, such as securing supplier information and samples/supplies.Candidate will proactively identify potential issues/obstacles and mobilize cross-functional teams to support the resolution and business continuity during complex sourcing moves.Candidate will lead and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions as appropriate to ensure project objectives are met and sales are supported.Candidate will ensure contract terms, pricing and conditions are executed driven by project scope (pricing, rebates, payment terms, incoterms, etc.) per the agreed to timing, including working with internal pricing teams and Accounts Payable to ensure compliance.Required Competencies:Sense of Urgency to support aggressive FADs/launch dates and managing multiple priorities.Proven work history showing organization and support of complex, successful projects.Self- starter, able to drive on-time and successful implementation of complex strategy with the project team and minimal direction.Clear and effective communication across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
