Asia. What will you do?Supporting IT equipment in large corporate
environmentDesktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC)Windows 7/10
operating systemsSupport mobile devices, printers, scanners,
wireless, VPN, etc.IMAC Support - IT equipment
Install/Move/Add/ChangeMaintain repairs, spare parts, and
componentsResearch and troubleshoot problemsMaintain system
configurations and documentationTrack and resolve customer
incidents and requests through the client's ticketing
toolTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for
Windows devicesBackup, restoration, and migration of user dataSmart
Hands support with networking, server, and telecommunications
technologiesPrinter and peripheral device supportInventory
management of IT assets including asset auditingAbility to research
and follow appropriate KB articlesAbility to work on-call and other
after-hours support needsMay provide Executive supportVarious other
tasks associated with deskside servicesMay need to be available to
provide support at other client locations as neededOther duties as

support for VIP /Senior Management, including "in home" support
when neededSet up and configure smartphone device, laptop, tablet,
iPad, local printer and associated peripherals for Executives with
minimal downtimeAble to accommodate flexible hoursProvide excellent
customer service and quick resolution issues related to
ICTIdentifies, researches and resolves technical problems by
utilizing outstanding troubleshooting skillsOwn ICT issues to
provide resolution back to the end user and/or executiveWork with
Executive service team to develop standardized processes for NAFTA
and/or those that are globalUse Drive IT to document solutions
clearly and accurately so that resolutions are pushed to the lowest
levelSet up, manage and support Telepresence and live events. For
exg: Onsite and remote GEC meetings, WebEx, Kontiki Responsible for
the overall management of specific task assignments, ensuring that
the technical solutions and assigned schedules are promptly
completedManage the prioritization of VIP and conference room
requests for ICT products and services and ensure the delivery is
executed in a reliable, responsive, cost effective and secure
mannerCommunicate measurements that improve the quality of service
and to improve the level of Customer SatisfactionTelepresence
SchedulingAble to adjust appearance, attire and level of
professionalism to align to the requirements of the situationWhen
exposed to customer's personal information and/or knowledge of
their customer's activities the candidate must respect the
individual's privacy and not discuss any individual's privileged
information among others including other business
