For exg: Onsite and remote GEC meetings, WebEx, Kontiki Responsible for the overall management of specific task assignments, ensuring that the technical solutions and assigned schedules are promptly completedManage the prioritization of VIP and conference room requests for ICT products and services and ensure the delivery is executed in a reliable, responsive, cost effective and secure mannerCommunicate measurements that improve the quality of service and to improve the level of Customer SatisfactionTelepresence SchedulingAble to adjust appearance, attire and level of professionalism to align to the requirements of the situationWhen exposed to customer's personal information and/or knowledge of their customer's activities the candidate must respect the individual's privacy and not discuss any individual's privileged information among others including other business colleges.Demonstrated abilities to organize and manage adhoc requests effectively and within customer's expectations without additional follow up from the customer.Travel as required to other site locations throughout the US and Canada
