The Network Administration & Controls Senior Analyst will support
CNH Industrial Network Development Teams with all dealer
applications, maintenance of business systems, management of dealer
documentation, and cure processes. Communicate with Network
Development Dealer Development Managers in managing applications
via the Dealer Application System, supporting analysis, and
verifying sales area business rules. This position is eligible for
HYBRID working arrangements and should be within a commutable
distance to the office in Racine, Wisconsin.Responsibilities Manage
the process for all dealer applications, cures, and terminations
Support field Dealer Development Managers with all dealer
applications through the Dealer Application System Lead all dealer
documentation for all brands Maintain business systems for all
dealer startups, terminations, address changes, contract changes
File all dealer agreements and correspondence documentation
(electronic and/or paper) This position pays: $71,000-$102,000
(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors,
such as skill, experience and qualification for the
role.)Qualifications Associates Degree in Business Administration,
Finance, Accounting, or related field Or High School diploma with 5
years of industry experience 2+ years' experience in sales
experience; Equipment or Financial Sales Industry knowledge (Ag,
automotive, construction or heavy equipment) Strong leadership and
organizational skills Skilled with MS Office Software (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, SharePoint) Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Highly motivated and results driven Ability to quickly grasp
and implement new concepts and methodologies Strong problem solving
