Job Description:
An innovative veterinary platform is filling a position for a
Telecommute Swing Shift Virtual Care Veterinary Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Engage with users on multiple platforms, including text-based chat,
phone, and video
Address member concerns regarding the health and well-being of
their animals
Review patient medical records before and during interactions to
quickly gain relative medical history
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Successful completed the VTNE
Credentialed Veterinary Technician licensed for minimum of two
years
At least two years of experience in the practice of small animal
veterinary medicine
High level of emotional intelligence
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work
independently
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
