CNH Industrial is seeking an Integration Architect to join our Global Middleware and Integrations team. This position is responsible for the administration of middleware services and will work with application support teams to design, develop, and deploy integrations throughout the organization. You will have the opportunity to play a key role on a new team and collaborate with people across the world. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and a history of delivering high quality integrations with scalability in mind.



























Responsibilities



















Provide governance and support of middleware infrastructure including IBM Message Broker (IIB), Managed File Transfer tools, and SAP PI.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to implementation vendors on the use of integrations patterns, tools, and best practices
    • Work with and oversee external vendors responsible for supporting day to day operations
      • Conduct analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of enterprise integrations
        • Collaborate with our Enterprise Architecture team on all aspects of architecture including technology standards, processes and procedures, project initiatives, etc.
        • Work with regional application teams to properly analyze integration requirements to ensure alignment with our Enterprise Architecture roadmap
          • Provide leadership and guidance to implementation vendors on the use of integrations patterns, tools, and best practices
            • As a developer, build and support integrations for on premise and cloud systems
            • Support compliance and security processes that pertain to middleware
              • Monitor operating efficiency of our IBM Message Queues and IIB platform
              • Assist in problem resolution, root cause analysis, and performance analysisPosition Pays $80,000 and 120,000. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.)                 Qualifications



















                • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or related field.
                • 5 years' experience with middleware and enterprise integration activities.
                • Strong knowledge of SOA architecture along with design/development in IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
