Analytics at CNH Industrial, you will design, develop, maintain
reports and processes and complete any related analysis in support
of the Parts & Service Groups across our entire organization. We
are seeking a creative, analytical, and customer-focused
professional who loves data and is passionate about solving puzzles
for our customers. This position is 100% REMOTE. The ideal
candidate will be able to travel to the office in Racine, Wisconsin
on occasion.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and apply processes and reporting that will
provide critical insight to the Parts & Service
organization.Generate analytics & insights to determine the root
cause of critical metric performance deviations.Create complex
Dashboards and Visualizations regularly.Collaborate with multiple
business functions including Materials Management, Purchasing,
Parts Life Cycle, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to build
dashboards and data tables and solutions.Understand the
relationship among supply chain, finance, forecasting, sales &
marketing, data warehouse concepts, dimensional data models, and
architectures.Handle constantly shifting priorities and meaningful
projects (the scope and variety of work can change frequently
depending on the current portfolio).Critical partnership with
internal customers to solve problems, generate dashboards, and use
data strategically. The salary offered for this position will most
likely fall between $88,000 and $127,000 annually. (Actual salary
offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as
skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Compensation &

Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree with at least three (3) years of data analytics
or reporting experience; ORAssociates degree with at least five (5)
years of data analytics and/or reporting experienceAt least two (2)
years of experience using data visualization tools (Power Bi,
Tableau, Qliksense, etc.) The ideal candidate will possess:
