our Broadway location at 1919 S Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54304 on
Wednesday, 02/08 from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM OR Thursday, 02/09 from

starting wage for this opportunity is $34/hour with the potential
for a higher starting wage based on experience.As a Maintenance
Electrician you will work in our Maintenance department at our
Broadway location. This is a highly skilled hourly positions
requiring a thorough understanding of safe work practices, and the
troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and
processes. The successful applicant will support the Green Bay
Broadway Facility's maintenance efforts and strive to further the
reliability vision of creating an environment where equipment
operates as designed, runs predictably, and never fails.Besides a
great starting salary based on experience, you will also receive a

eligibility for vacation. This position will work a 12-hour
rotating shift schedule. Successful team members may also be
eligible for quarterly performance-based pay bonuses and
opportunities to advance based on your capability, not seniority.

calendar days of employment.What You Will Do In Your RoleRepairing
and maintaining electrical equipmentReading and interpreting
schematics to troubleshoot and install equipmentCompleting
preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasksAdhering
to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and
procedures while supporting the vision of creating an environment
where no one can ever get hurtCommunicating with all levels of the
organization, i.E.; via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in
small/large group settings, in a team environmentThe Experience You
Will BringRequirements:One or more of the following:Minimum of
three (3) years electrical experience in an industrial,
manufacturing or a military environmentJourneyman Electrician with
manufacturing experienceA minimum of a two (2) year technical
degree in an electrical or instrumentation fieldCompletion of an
apprenticeship programWhat Will Put You AheadExperience
troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of
industrial electrical equipmentExperience repairing,
troubleshooting, and programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator
interfacesExperience with power distribution
infrastructureElectrical Maintenance experience in the Paper
