The Junior Market Research Analyst will conduct product and market
research for product portfolio definition and management, with
emphasis on the North American market. This position will provide
information to multiple CNH Industrial Brands. It will identify
positions in the marketplace to aid in strategy planning and
competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will work from Burr
Ridge, IL or another CNH office site. This position is eligible for
HYBRID flexible work arrangements!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Assist in defining the North American Region
Market Research methodology for qualitative and quantitative
research for projects conducted by external agencies.Commission,
oversee, and review the collection and analysis on customer
demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits. In doing this
you will identify potential markets, product development needs and
other factors affecting demand, by third parties, often at the
front-end of product development.Provide support in the preparation
of Requests for Proposals (RFP), and coordinate with Purchasing, in
acquiring proposals from vendors. Review of proposals and provide
input on the best fit solutions.Edit reports of findings,
illustrating data graphically, when vital, and condensing findings
into written text.Analyze data received from market research
studies, and when needed draft reports consistent with
findings.Support and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting
data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires.This
position pays between $69,000 and $99,000. (Actual salaries will
vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill,
experience and qualification for the role.)
