The Commercial Accounting Control Analyst is responsible for the accounting and analysis of CNH Industrial North America commercial whole goods freight, intercompany source profit reporting, and revenue cycle financial support. Responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of internal controls and the accuracy and timeliness of the financial documents and related reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accounting skills with a passion for continuous improvements. This position is eligible for a hybrid work model from our Racine, WI office. Manage the integrity and accuracy of whole good freight reserves and related freight accounts, including responsibility for the related pushback and true up processesProvide accounting, analysis, and corresponding reporting of whole goods freightManage the processes for intercompany source profit reporting and provide related analysisProvide financial support to the CNH Industrial North America revenue cycle, including invoicing and revenue recognition tasksPrepare account reconciliations to validate the accuracy of the financial statements and ensure controls are maintained for the related accountsPrepare and provide financial reports, analysis, and support to auditors, business partners, and management; participate in corresponding financial reviewsDevelop and implement more efficient processes for reporting and balancingSupport system projects involving SAP, eNERgy, BlackLine, and other related legacy systemsAssist with ensuring compliance with all CNH Industrial financial policies The annual salary range is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
