We are hiring an Sox Analyst to support the planning, organizing, and executing audits involving large, complex business organizations. This position will be located at our Racine, WI location. Annual compensation range is $76,000-109,000 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role). This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangements. Develop key relationships with business and technology leaders to ensure process and controls reviews and assessments are performed when neededCreate scalable process and procedures with templates and appropriate metricsProvide expert guidance to and coordinates the efforts of relevant IT, Business and other department leaders in documenting and maintaining control frameworkEffectively collaborate with IT and Business Units on a consistent intake processTrack and report on remediation of open risk and issues as identified Facilitate timely identification, communication, and recommended resolution of process and controls risksEvaluating internal controls and compliance to Company policyConducting comprehensive reviews, data analysis and assessments to determine the significance of control weaknesses and operational issuesCommunicating results both verbally and in writing to senior corporate and division managementCoordinating audits as a team and leading audits as assigned Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics6+ years Finance and/or accounting experience2+ years Audit experience professional experience#LI-SB3Compensation & Benefits: CNH Industrial offers a wide variety of benefits that not only encourages wellness and preventive care, but we also provide the right tools and programs to help you achieve it.
