This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Lead major compensation projects and collaborate with project leads in other areas or departments.
• Act as a resource for the compensation team.
• Perform compensation administration activities including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support the compensation process using data from HR-related systems like Workday.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including HR business partners, Recruiters, Payroll team and business managers. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • PHR certification a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • 3 - 5 years' Compensation / Analyst experience. Benefits
