This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Oversee Uline's Logistics operations with a focus on import and inbound teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with ocean, freight and domestic carriers for all international and domestic transportation.
• Participate in carrier management processes including selection, qualification, negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Maintain and analyze metrics to assess performance and identify improvement / cost saving opportunities.
• Direct, motivate, develop and coach inbound logistics team to meet customer service and team objectives. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, import logistics, carrier management and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of distribution, warehousing, customs, order fulfillment, trade issues, and third-party management a plus.
  • Experience with Transportation Management systems. Benefits
